Using the planner

BakeRoster records bakery bookings and estimates a production plan from your recipe and kitchen settings. You are responsible for reviewing imported fields, customer commitments, ingredients, dietary and allergen requirements, food safety and supervising actual production. Plans are conservative estimates, not guarantees or certifications.

Free and Pro

Free includes up to three open bookings at a time. Pro includes up to 25. Completing or cancelling a booking frees a slot; there is no monthly reset. Existing saved bookings, amendments, history, progress and exports remain available after subscription expiry.

Both plans have technical limits: seven days per plan, 40 oven waves per calculation, 200 items per booking, 500 bookings in the current library, 200 recipes and a 30 MB library archive. Closed bookings can be archived. One recipe is supported per booking. Keep secure independent copies of important exports.

Subscriptions through Apple

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically through Apple. The price and billing period shown in the app before checkout apply. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation; renewal occurs unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple’s subscription settings. Restore uses your Apple Account. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves access for the period Apple provides. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies and law.
