This policy covers BakeRoster for iPhone and iPad and these support pages, operated by Eutopix Labs.
What stays on your device
Customer messages, screenshots, recipes, kitchen settings, production progress and drafts are stored locally. Screenshot text recognition uses Apple’s on-device Vision framework. The Share extension copies only content you deliberately select into a local inbox shared with BakeRoster. The app has no BakeRoster account, advertising, third-party analytics, cloud model, or automatic access to your conversations.
Purchases, backups and exports
Apple processes subscriptions and provides verified entitlement information to the app. We do not receive your card details. Apple’s services are governed by Apple’s privacy terms. Device backups can include app data according to your device settings. Exports and files you deliberately share may contain private messages, screenshots and customer details. You control where you send them and should keep copies secure.
Support is your choice
Feedback remains a local draft until you choose to share or send it. BakeRoster does not automatically attach customer files. If you email us, we receive the address, message and attachments you send and use them to handle your request. Please minimize private information. You can ask us to delete support correspondence, subject to necessary legal retention obligations.
Deleting data
Deleting BakeRoster removes its local app library. A shared App Group may retain inbox files while another app component remains installed. Delete your exported files and device backups separately where appropriate. We cannot recover a local library you have deleted without your own backup.
These support pages
These pages use no analytics scripts, advertising, tracking cookies or remote fonts. The hosting provider may process ordinary network requests and security logs required to deliver the pages. Do not put private customer content into a page URL.
