Support

Let’s get your bake day moving.

Email support@eutopixlabs.io, or open Kitchen → Feedback & support in the app. Include your device, iOS version and the steps that led to the issue. Please omit customer names and messages unless you deliberately choose to share them.

How do I make my first booking?

Save your working hours and equipment in Kitchen. Add your own recipe in Recipes. From Orders, capture an order, review its fields and exact pickup date, then check the kitchen plan. Saving happens only after you approve the preview.

Why does the plan show a timing conflict?

The conservative planner uses your hours, one baker, one mixer, one oven and available cooling trays. Check those settings and the recipe times. A conflict means the calculation could not find a fit within seven days; it does not prove that no possible production plan exists.

What if my saved files cannot be read?

Keep the app installed. Open Kitchen → Help & files to export the preserved originals or deliberately recover the last readable backup. Recovery can return to an older saved state. Do not replace your only copy. Export a readable library backup regularly and keep it somewhere secure.

Where are my messages and screenshots stored?

They stay in the app’s local storage, including the Share extension inbox. Recognition runs on your device. Your device backup settings and files you deliberately share can transfer copies. BakeRoster does not read your conversations automatically.

How do Pro and subscriptions work?

Free supports three open bookings at a time; Pro supports 25. Completing or cancelling a booking frees a slot. Monthly and annual plans renew through Apple at the price shown before purchase. Restore purchases in Kitchen using the same Apple Account. Manage or cancel from Apple’s subscription settings. Existing bookings, progress, amendments and exports remain available after paid access ends.

What does BakeRoster leave to me?

Plans are estimates using your inputs. Review every booking and supervise production. BakeRoster does not provide food-safety or allergen certification, customer checkout or messaging, cloud sync, stock management, or profit/accounting calculations. Mixed-recipe orders use separate bookings.

Your kitchen, your files.

No BakeRoster account is required. Read our privacy policy and product terms before sharing private exports.
